The rooms were exceptional and good-sized, were equipped with a nice view and comfortable beds, for instance. It had central location close to Aizu Yaichi Museum. And the area was shopping, so close to a Japanese restaurant, and the shopping centres and 7eleven or family mart.

There was pool missing, I was a little disappointed.

In the restaurant they served Western cuisine dishes.

The hotel was clean and staff were all highly courteous and exceptionally attentive. Had well-appointed and quiet room, it included central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. The setting was magnificent, short walk to fish market, the Isetan department store is, and train station and restaurants. I've had a real good stay for a night.

We were able to reach Bandai City within a few minutes' walk, which was a great bonus. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and spoke English fluently. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Finally, the room itself was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a luxurious stay.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to many public transportation options and within walking distance of some popular tourist sites. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, offering helpful tips for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, including a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables.

The hotel felt a bit dated and could use some updating. The air conditioning was not working properly during my stay, which made the rooms quite warm and stuffy.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, with a separate tub and shower in the bathroom. It was in a convenient location, close to the train station and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even helped me make reservations in Japanese. Plus, the breakfast had a great selection of food, including a toaster oven with a steam feature.
